CORE UP SUP Stand up Paddle board (SUP) Pilates/Fitness Classes are the most peaceful workout on the planet. Burn a ton of calories while resting your nerves 🙂
CORE UP SUP – This class experience is devoted to centering and stabilizing. Learn good form on the board – technique to help you navigate the current, wind, and your own center of gravity. Combining the essentials of good Pilates practice, fun fitness, and silly risk taking, this class will leave you feeling longer, lighter and leaner. Have snacks ready for the post metabolic burn!

Classes fill in advance so book out as soon as you can. Must Pre Pay using Venmo App.

You must be 18+, Able to swim, and knowing some Basic Mat Pilates and Yoga helps, but is not required. You do not need to know how to SUP, you will learn the technique in class. Cancellations must be made a full 24 hours in advance of the class for a refund.
Classes are weather dependent and you will receive an email Saturday evening at the latest if class is cancelled due to weather. Money will be refunded if class is cancelled.
Hat, Sunscreen, Sunglasses (that stay on when you jump in the water), 2 bottles Cold Water, Towel, Change of Clothes for after class, Lunch or snacks – trust me you will be hungry, $10 entry fee or friends to help you pay it.
